Terms of Service
Terms for authorized use of Astra Agent Bridge, a private internal integration operated under the Hearts Trading name.
Authorized internal use
Astra Agent Bridge is available only to authorized users for approved internal purposes. Access does not confer authority to bypass validation, persistence, duplicate-protection, execution or other governance controls.
Not a public financial service
The integration is not a public trading, investment, brokerage or advisory service. Nothing provided through it is investment, financial or brokerage advice. It does not guarantee task execution, trading activity, availability, uninterrupted operation or any financial outcome.
Acceptable use
Users must follow applicable authorization and security requirements. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade safeguards, submit malicious content, impersonate another user, or use the integration for unlawful or unapproved purposes.
Availability and changes
The integration may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Tasks may be rejected, paused or fail closed when requirements are not met. No service-level or continuous-availability commitment is made.
Intellectual property
The integration, associated software, documentation and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Authorized access grants no ownership interest and no right to reproduce, distribute or create derivative services except where separately permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees and Hearts Trading is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use, inability to use, delayed execution or rejected tasks. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security, operational, governance or misuse concerns, or when authorization ends. Relevant audit records may be preserved in accordance with local operational policies.
